Marco Polo stopped their lunch service

- Each lunch costs $4.5/day, $22.5/week.
Rules:
(1) Anyone who is interested in making lunch order for the next week is supposed to submit a $22.50(cash prefered) to SEO 1st floor at 12:00-12:15 on Friday.If using check, it should be written to pay to the order of Marco Polo & Hing Kee Restaurant. No late checks are accepted.
(2) There will be a volunteer to do this job for free lunch every day.
(3) Each person is supposed to take her/his lunch at 12:00-12:15 in SEO 1st floor according to whatever her/his order is.
(4) People in volunteer duty on that week are supposed to help to pick the lunch around 11:50 each working day (Monday through Friday). Generally there is no lunch service on school holidays. People in volunteer duty are supposed to make sure that the number of lunch boxes matches the order list.
(5) People in volunteer duty are supposed to clear SEO 1st floor before s/he leaves. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT if we want to keep there as our delivery room.
(6) People in volunteer duty are supposed to collect the cash or checks on Friday. Also, Marco Polo & Hing Kee should be informed of the names and phone numbers of the volunteers for the next week. An email copy shall also be forwarded to volunteers for the next week.
(7) People who are holding the checks are supposed to come at 11:50 am next Monday morning to hand-in cash and checks to the Marco Polo & Hing Kee restaurant.
