本报记者郑立民芝加哥报道：由伊州大学芝加哥分校中国学生学者联合会(UIC CSSA)主办的2011年度夏季烧烤野餐联谊会(Summer BBQ Party)，28日在风景秀丽的密西根湖畔举行，烧烤美食、球牌娱乐，该次活动让芝加哥地区的中国留学生们放松身心，享受美好夏日生活，并同各方嘉宾交流联谊。

让我们相约芝加哥之夏大家好，在这个春暖花开的日子里，我们UIC CSSA计划于下周末举办我们一年一度的 Summer BBQ party. 此次活动面向大芝加哥地区的所有学生、教师和毕业的校友，旨在给大家提供一个Social的平台。

11对中国留学生 6对配对成功由伊州大学芝加哥分校中国学生学者联合会（UIC CSSA）主办的首届“非诚勿扰：芝加哥高校联谊会”，12日在UIC学生活动中心精彩落幕，来自芝加哥地区五所高校的11对男女中国留学生，在亲友团体的助威下，勇敢展示青春年华，在妙趣横生的问答、游戏与真情表白后，最后共有6对“牵手成功”，让当日的活动成为良缘佳话新起点。

芝加哥校际卡拉OK大赛成功举办
王书盈夺冠“2010大芝加哥校园卡拉OK大赛”14日在伊大芝加哥分校（UIC）圆满落幕，来自芝加哥地区七大高校的20名中国留学生参赛。UIC中国留学生王书盈以嘹亮歌喉、一流台风夺冠；UIC何骁锴屈居亚军；芝加哥大学“校园歌王” 陈杰胜获得第三名。伊州理工（IIT）歌手组合朱潇亮、郭大可获“最佳人气奖”！

TO the Chinese Students and Scholars Association @ University of Illinois at Chicago information site. Members of this organization include students, scholars, faculty and staff representing provinces from throughout mainland China as well as Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other Asian nations. The purpose of CSSA is to promote friendship, communication, and a cultural exchange between our countries, as well as enhance the unity and friendship of Chinese citizens so far from their homes and families. We do this through cultural events, weekly member gatherings emphasizing fun and friendship, and celebrations of popular Chinese holidays. Everyone is welcome.
